In 2001, a 17 year old girl met a 21 year old boy in a small town in London, and fell in love.

 

13 years, 3 children and 2 countries later,  we decided the time was right was folow our dream of relocating to Mauritius and take over the family business.

 

So with hope in our pockets, our dreams in our hands, and 3 little people in tow, we followed our hearts to make our dream come true!

 

Today, we strive to make Les palmiers the best restaurant in Chamarel, and are currently expanding, building a Villa, DevInn, for clients to stay in, and investing lots of time in our organic gardens that surround the restaurant and Villas.
